Overview
A well-renowned medical practice in Croydon are looking to hire a receptionist on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the job is to provide a professional, comprehensive reception service to the practice’s patients.
Job Role
- Booking in/arranging appointments
- Dealing with inbound calls/emails
- Managing client database/records
- Liaising with suppliers and processing orders
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting patients with their queries wherever possible
- General administrative duties
Person specifications
- You must be friendly, approachable and professional in your dealings with patients
- You must be personable and outgoing
- You must have excellent organisational skills
- You must have a good understanding of basic medical terms
