Basic £20,000 per annum uncapped commission + annual bonus scheme OTE £70,000 PA

Embark on an exciting journey with our client, a thriving and forward-thinking commercial insurance broker in Chelmsford. As an experienced Insurance Sales Executive, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic team, specializing in commercial insurance, with a focus on construction and haulage.

Role Highlights:

• Generate leads and convert warm leads to expand the client base.
• Manage new and existing client accounts, particularly in construction and haulage.
• Attend networking meetings to enhance local and sector profile.
• Meet and exceed new business, sales, and marketing targets.
• Oversee renewal re-broking and manage renewal book.
• Execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the broking team on quotations and decision-making.
• Liaise with key personnel from insurance companies.
• Invoice and manage account collection.
• Maintain knowledge of available products.
