Remote Senior VFX Artist

As a Senior VFX Artist at this studio, you will be working fully remotely on a brand new, unannounced project, creating industry leading VFX, delivering pipelines and generally championing VFX throughout the game development process.
This studio is home to some hugely successful AAA and VR projects and has plenty of highly anticipated titles currently in development. Senior VFX Artist responsibilities:
- Create bespoke and industry leading VFX for AAA console games
- Crate set piece events and gameplay related VFX
- Partner with technical teams to deliver efficient VFX pipelines
- Champion VFX and look for opportunities to enhance the game
- Maintain knowledge of game production technologies
Essential requirements for this remote role: - Significant prior experience in a Senior VFX art role in the games industry working on AAA console games
- Skilled in game development software such as Maya and game engines
- Understand shaders and the rendering pipeline relating to VFX
- Deep knowledge of VFX principles
- Strong VFX reel demonstrating visual and technical ability
