Promotional marketing, integrated services, local media planning and buying, event management, field marketing and product sampling.
THE ROLE
The team are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take the reigns on the agency's biggest and longest standing account within the leisure sector.
The agency offers a range of services, so this will be a diverse role working across campaign development, media planning and buying, promotional and field marketing, events etc. Media planning is very important for this client!
You will be the main point of contact for this client and, along with support from the MD, will be handing their marketing plan. This is a really important hire for the agency and, to date, the MD has managed the client relationship for this account. This hire will allow the MD to step back from some of the day-to-day and focus on the business. It's important that the person taking on this position enjoys building and nurturing client relationships.
Within your day-to-day, you will also be line managing, developing and supporting an Account Executive.
Ideally, the team would like a full-time member of staff, however they are able to offer flexibility to the right candidate, this could look like 4 days per week or 5 days per week with reduced hours.
HYBRID role - If full time, 4 days in the office and 1 from home. Surrey.
YOU
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have experience within a full-service marketing agency working in client services. Due to the diversity of this role, it is likely that you will come from a boutique agency environment.
You'll need:
- An understanding on media planning and buying - this is essential.
- Campaign development and management experience across OOH, print, radio etc
- To be comfortable line managing
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
You will need a car for this role, so please only apply if you have a personal car and UK driving license. As a reminder, the role requires this person to be in the office 4 days per week (if full time).
