Property Support includes security, overseeing lettings, grounds maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, routine maintenance and carrying out pre-planned maintenance programmes.

As an Apprentice (Property Support) you will  support other members of the NETPark Management Team to deliver a high-quality service to comply with health and safety and other legislation, organisational policies and procedures including assisting with the inspection of premises and the safe operation of equipment.   

You will be required to assist in the management of a range of business support services and projects for staff, customers and visitors to NETPark.   

You will work under supervision and will be expected to develop your skills over time to provide a customer focussed service to internal and external customers to ensure the effective delivery of a range of facilities services. 

What qualification will I gain?
You will study towards the Facilities Operative Level 2 standard with a trusted training provider

What will I need?
You must have good communication skills, together with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and work as part of a team.
