Conference and Event Manager - East London
We are currently recruiting a Catering and Events Manager to join a leading hospitality and catering business at one of their flagship sites.
Overall purpose of the role of Conference and Events Manager;
- To development the leadership of your team within the venue. To inspire them to deliver exceptional service to your clients and guests through my clients excellent standards.
- To facilitate day to day clients and operations, ensuring that you are meeting expectations and consistently 'Winning One Customer at a Time'
- To review performance and ensure delivery of departmental targets.
- To demonstrate full alignment to my clients visions and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes.
- Creating and living my clients difference in everything that you do.
It is essential that you have a strong background within a demanding food environment. C&B or retail experience is an advantage but is not essential.
You must have strong leadership skills and be a solid operator with a good eye for detail - service levels at all events / conferences must be exceptional.
A salary of £33,000 is offered for the role of Conference and Events Manager along with company benefits and perks.
