Senior Business Analyst

My client is on the market looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will work on a large business change programme encompassing the largest system transformation programme that the client has undertaken. This role will be to implementation a new digital platform/system, and to support this frontline Digitisation Programme and to deliver business change, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a 12month FTC. The role will support the timely and comprehensive mapping of existing pathways, allocation of their re–design and the design of new pathways that take advantage of the transformation opportunities provided by the introduction of the solution and new and existing complement of supporting solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will lead the application of best practice transformation principles and be responsible for supporting the use of a robust, common project management approach to assist with planning and delivery of the intended outputs and outcomes. They will also ensure that benefits of the programmes/projects are realised and to lead changes into business–as–usual activity. Senior Business Analyst will support the Programme with change management required to bring in a new mission critical system.

Essential:

• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience of change management and highly developed knowledge of practice development and service development across a range of services and systems.
• Experience in the delivery of a digital Transformation project/ programme.
• Significant experience in programme management.
• Able to define and document strategies wider systems.
• Experience of business planning and preparation of business cases.
• Experience of being responsible for the interpretation, development and implementation of policies to deliver high quality services across the whole organisation.
• Experienced in producing business cases and other senior level documents.
• Able to monitor and manage budgets.
• Able to co–ordinate procurement and do financial management of the programs.
• Leads on Transformation programmes and manages programme team members.
• Able to audit own data and lead complex audits of programs.
