Purpose Statement

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant within sa.global, you will be responsible for providing support to a wide variety of customers, in a cross section of industries, delivering an outstanding and consistent customer service.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the FSCM Team Lead and there are no direct line management responsibilities for this role.

This person will be required to be based in the UK and will potentially need to gain Security Clearance. Normal working hours apply to this role (9am-5:30pm UK time).

Areas of Responsibility

• Provide support of sa.global applications; Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, to a wide variety of customers; resolving support cases in a timely manner.
• Monitoring of live support cases; ensuring customers are kept up to date regarding progress, recording all customer related information on the relevant portals.
• Perform routine checks on applications/software environments and report findings to senior members of the team.
• Provide assistance in the deployment of application/software changes/releases through the formal change management processes and service introduction processes.
• Signpost customers to relevant team if a requirement/sales opportunity is identified during the customer support process.
• Responding to stakeholder/customer requests within agreed timescales and working to Service Level Agreements.
• Assisting consultants with implementation tasks, or remote consulting work such as report writing.
• Interact with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant certifications in a timely manner when necessary.
• Represent the business professionally and positively at all times.
• Keep up to date with Microsoft's latest releases and updates relating to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics FSCM strongly preferred; experience with other ERP systems such as NAV/BC will be considered.
• English language – high level of fluency both written and spoken.
• Proven excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, structured and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience, internally and externally.
• Ability to establish credibility amongst customers and peers.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently or part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

Travel

Remote role with occasional travel to Cardiff office
