Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with a well-established primary school in Burnley who are recruiting for an Early Years Assistant on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working with children aged 0-5 and your job will be to participate in imaginative play with the children to promote the children\'s learning and development. You will be implementing a range of exciting, creative activities appropriate for children, to challenge the children to promote their development and increase their confidence as independent learners. You should be confident in working with various ability pupils and immersing yourself in daily activities. This can be a great role for those looking to gain more experience working with children.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. As the nursery is recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you can jump straight into the role, however, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, however it is not essential.
