Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in  Bridgend and surrounding areas as a Care Professional. We are looking to transport and support our clients out into community, therefore vehicle is required or reliable transport. 

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help people remain independent in their own home:

• companionship
• home help services 
• personal care services 
• many more

Home Instead Bridgend, Porthcawl, Pencoed , Maesteg 

We do have weekday and weekend availability , with expectation to cover client calls every other weekend, in turns with other care professionals. 

Qualifications

No experience necessary - full mandatory and specialist training will be provided

Friendly, approachable and honest. Good communication skills, good listening skills.
Full UK driving license with reliable vehicle due to transport requirement to access community.
This role is subject to successful interview, DBS enhanced disclosure and satisfactory references.

Registration with Social Care Wales , if not registered, full support will be provided

Full support will be provided to gain QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care.
