Job role: Customer Service Specialist
Salary: Dependant on experience
Position: Permanent
Location: Nottingham City Centre/Hybrid working
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful financial services firm based in Nottingham city centre. We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to the team and their clients.
What will the role involve? - Manage complaints through to resolution, maintaining relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third party suppliers
- Effectively manage all assigned cases and escalate complaints to senior management and external authorities when necessary, maintaining thorough investigations and audit trails
- Assist in training new team members and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals
- Take responsibility for managing Trust Pilot, Social Media queries, Discretions and Trustee Mandate referrals
- Provide accurate and customer focused complaint resolution communications in a timely manner
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by your Manager

Who are we looking for? - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable
- Good understanding of the Microsoft package
- Experience with a customer within a customer service or complaint handling is essential
- Proven experience working within financial services is desirable
