Job description

We are a recruitment agency collaborating with numerous Care/Nursing homes in the United Kingdom. Our aim is to enlist proficient and experienced temporary contractors in the Healthcare care sector, specifically as Registered general or mental nurse. Joining our team, you will contribute to delivering person centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with Dementia. We provide attractive hourly rates, flexible work schedules, and weekly pay.

Role and Responsibilities:
Upholding scrupulous adherence to ethical standards, legal regulations, and the ethical precepts governing the nursing profession.
Collaborating seamlessly with physicians, therapists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare cadre to ensure holistic patient care.
Reacting adeptly to emergent situations, actively participating in emergency protocols, and delivering critical care when exigencies arise.
Administer and maintain medication administration records (MAR charts) by ensuring the inclusion of precise and up-to-date information.
Maintain high standards of nursing care is always provided.
Take charge and be the point of contact for all staff members on duty.
Undertake all duties of a nurse in the home.
Provide support to colleagues by assisting with various aspects of care.
Make sure that safe care practices are adhered to.
Using any mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
Communicate with other colleagues to ensure smooth and safe practice in the home.
Preservation of sensitive information through the maintenance of strict confidentiality protocols.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be hard working and Honest.
Must have current valid PIN number.
Valid NMC pin.
Must have adequate experience.
Must hold a valid DBS.
Driver preferred but not essential.
