Job Role: Cleaning Supervisor
Working Hours: 26 hours per week, 06:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 21:00 shifts
Pay: £11.80 per hour
Location: Gloucester Quays Shopping Centre, GL1 5SH
Reporting to: Senior Cleaning Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the cleaning team at our site at Gloucester Quays Shopping Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners and undertake cleaning of Gloucester Quays Shopping Centre to ensure a comprehensive cleaning service is provided in compliance with the customer’s specification, procedures and practices and Health & Safety Regulations.

Duties include:
Supervising the cleaning team
Arranging cover for annual leave and other absences
Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site instructions
Fulfilling all H&S and COSHH requirements
Completing weekly audits to ensure high standards are maintained
Dealing with customer requests promptly and courteously, offering superb customer service
Monitoring all cleaning equipment and machinery, and reporting any issues
To attend monthly KPI meetings with the Client, Account Manager and Account Director
Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be:
Previous supervisory experience
Previous cleaning experience in shopping centre enhanced cleaning
Ability to work independently and use initiative
An understanding of COSHH
Good attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required
Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
