Soft Services Manager
Multi-national managed-services company are seeking a soft service manager for a small West London Office.
My client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee their client’s facility’s soft services operations. Including reception, post room, meeting rooms configuration, cleaning, and site logistics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of services staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service are maintained throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are fully staffed and maintained to company standards.
·Manage and supervise a team including hiring, training, and performance management.
·Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
·Coordinate with other departments to address logistic requirements and ensure seamless operation of all soft services.
·Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to soft services and take appropriate action to address concerns.
·Prepare reports and documentation related to soft services operations, including budgeting, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
·Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft services management and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in soft services management, preferably in a facility management or hospitality environment.
·Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high performance.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
·Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
