Circa £60,000 plus bonus

About you:

• RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN
• 2+ years Nursing Home Management experience
• Excellent CI knowledge, a proven track record of achieving/improving good CI grades
• A hands on' management style
• A full driving licence

This medium sized Nursing Home is housed within a period property & is rated at 3's & 4's with the care inspectorate, the home caters for the elderly in welcoming surroundings. It is in need of a strong manager to return grades to their former glory!

A Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN) with a proven track record of achieving high CI grades & the ability to hit the ground running with this established Nursing Home team that are looking for stability since this leading UK charity have acquired the home. You will have 24/7 responsibility for the Nursing Home, be registered with SSSC/CI & manage all clinical & business aspects of the home alongside a Deputy Manager & nursing team.

This role is predominantly office hours & benefits from a very competitive Home Manager bonus scheme.
