Job description

Structuring, due diligence and execution of transactions.
Interacting with clients.
Prepare pitches, term sheets and vetting sheets in co-operation with your deal team.
Work on credit applications and credit approval process including interfacing with the risk department.
Lead financial modelling efforts (including sensitivities and presentation of results).
Work on due diligence of projects, including interaction with multiple external advisors and legal counsels.
Prepare periodic reviews and waivers, and collaborate with multiple departments (e.g. legal, finance, mid-office) within the organization to streamline the execution process.
Pro-active portfolio management including early identification of stress and taking timely actions
Keep abreast with latest market developments.
Actively contribute to internal projects related to optimizing the organization and development of the department.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent financial modelling skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing complex financial transactions
Knowledge of credit, legal, tax and lending practices
Good interpersonal skills, team-player
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Planning & Organising
Integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Finance from a recognized university
Should have experience in Structured lending / Project Finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and/or risk
