Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic Deputy Nurse Manager role based in the Ballymena area. This Nurse position is based in a prestigious care facility which is a purpose-built care home in Ballymena, providing 24 hour professional, person-centred care for older people.

The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
• Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day to day running of the home
• To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centred philosophy of care to staff, the wider community and visiting professionals in order to maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
• Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identify areas to improve efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
• 6+ months Charge Nurse experience
• You must have a valid NMC registration
