Position: Site Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of RC frame, traditional build houses, and apartment projects.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
- Utilise your carpentry background to provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions.
- Implement best practices for construction methods and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to achieve excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on RC frame, traditional build houses, and apartments.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is required.
- Carpentry background is highly desirable, providing hands-on knowledge of construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
