What is the role?
To provide extended personal care to the most vulnerable members of the community, in a way that supports the maintenance of the individual’s independence and dignity and offers them a positive choice in their own home.

Extra information: The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5 and the hourly rate is £13.76 - £14.85.Work Pattern: Various hours - 21 hours, 31.5 and 40 hours (Four on four off Earlyshift and Lateshift) The late shift attracts a 10% non-core allowance.
Successful candidates must be able to travel efficiently across the whole of South Ayrshire
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
