Project manager – Fire protection

Pay: negotiable – Once probation has completed perm offer will consist of: 40k salary, 6k car allowance + performance bonus

Location: Milton Keynes/Northampton

Duration: Temp to Perm

Start Date: ASAP

One of our most well established clients are currently looking for a project manager to in the Northamptonshire area.

The right persons main resposibilities will be the following:
– Take the projects from the point of order through to successful completion on site, including all commissioning and hand–over tasks
– Report to the Head of Projects
– Door Costing Schedule and create a Manufacturing Schedule
– Visiting site and measuring existing door openings or where new openings are being created then the architects' drawings can be used
– Ensure H&S and CDM regulations are adhered to
– Commissioning phase
– Client facing

The right candidate will have the following:
– A minimum 5–years joinery experience with a City& Guilds, GNVQ or equivalent qualification
– A track record of project delivery success
– Competency in MS Office programs such as Excel and Word
– Detail orientated with a methodical approach to working
– An excellent communicator, both spoken and written
– An understanding of H&S requirements
– A knowledge of CDM regulations
– Experience of managing both employed and sub–contract site labour
