Job description
Maintain a safe level of nursing staff, taking remedial action and reporting to the Lead Nurse when this cannot be achieved. 2. Assist the Lead Nurse in the selection of staff; take appropriate action on issues of staff discipline/grievance, poor performance and sickness, following the Trust Policies. 3. Assist the Lead Nurse in undertaking the Individual Performance Review of staff. 4. Will have knowledge of theatre budgets and assist in the efficient and effective use and maintenance of theatre resources to meet the needs of the patients and the department. 5.
