Job description

Hours: 22 hours per week. Working hours are negotiable, however hours to include locking up daily.
Salary: Hay 12 (£13,743 per annum).
Following the retirement of our previous caretaker we are looking for a reliable and flexible person to join our team, who is keen to make a difference and assist with maintaining the premises and grounds to a high standard.
You’ll have responsibility for general site maintenance, using a varied skillset to carry out tasks such as cleaning, refilling consumables, painting and decorating, as well as keeping the site in a good condition for all to work and learn safely and effectively.

The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people, and all staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment. All appointments will be subject to appropriate vetting, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Some roles may need to comply with the Childcare Act 2006, and the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2018 where additional disclosure of information will be required.
