Change Manager
Location: Hybrid Working - Knutsford OR Northampton (2 days on site)
Duration: 9 Months
Pay: up to £400/d - Inside IR35

- Responsible for delivering operational change activities, responsible for ensuring all aspects of assigned are scoped, planned, tracked, and managed to successful completion.
- As the business strategy alters over the time, the manager will need to adjust or re-align delivery / priorities accordingly.
- Lead in the creation, communication and implementation of Operational Change Initiatives in CSO
- Demonstrate decision making skills, and evidence good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience of project mobilisation, initiation and planning in addition to management of established projects.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, word processing and Project, and Programme Management software tools.
Stakeholder Management :
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organisation, in order to guide, influence and convince stakeholders of the impact of a change and the need to adopt any recommended mitigation required.
- Work collaboratively with business teams/stakeholders and project/programme stakeholders to ensure that the change meets the needs of the business from a colleague and customer perspective.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business area and technical community, ensuring continued buy-in to the portfolio projects.
- Responsible for creating communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders and actively manage day to day activities while ensuring delivery accountability is in place.
- Experience in leading and managing multiple stakeholders within a complex matrix environment across multiple geographies.
