The role:

• Financial reporting - Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Provide insightful financial analysis to clients, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
• Take accountability and manage allocated client portfolio for a wide range of industries and business sizes
• Producing company accounts - Advising and solving queries when needed
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations

• Assisting with additional client needs - VAT queries, cash flow, applications etc
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their financial goals.

Person specification:

• QBE/AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or previously/currently studying
• Previous experience working in an Accountancy Practice environment
• Confident communicator
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Team player attitude with a good sense of humour
• Individual who enjoys taking accountability of own workload in a relaxed and easy going environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
