Job description

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Manager for a successful organisation in Blackwood.

You will work across a range of stakeholders, the Finance Manager is responsible for the management of the Corporate Reporting, Programme Finance and Overhead Finance functions. This includes all aspects of Financial reporting and Control including the preparation of monthly management accounts (including Current Estimate) and the coordination of quarterly reports. This role is also the main contact for internal and external Auditors and for the coordination of all Audit responses.

• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plan and objectives.
• Ensures that the financial and accounting reports and forecasts accurately reflect the financial position of the organization and are prepared on a timely basis
• Prepare annual performance reviews to all direct reports.
• Assign responsibility to department staff, delegate appropriate level of authority, and hold individuals accountable for their actions.

Salary of up to £57,000 with a very generous benefits package: expected 10% bonus, generous pension and the capability for compressed hours and hybrid working
