Chester Permanent £25,000 - £28,000 per year

Job Description

The Recruitment and Training Executive will be responsible for:

• Responding to telephone inquiries
• Ensuring an effective recruitment process
• Crafting advertisements
• Conducting telephone screenings for potential candidates
• Participating in in-person interviews
• Processing application forms
• Leading on all recruitment-related administrative tasks
• Liaising with third-party advertising agencies
• Writing and delivering e-shots
• Organising and managing recruitment events
• Maintaining updated records
• Promoting training sessions
• Coordinating end-to-end training workshops

  *Please be aware that this role will involve travelling for 6-8 days per month.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Recruitment and Training Executive will have:

• A proven track record within a similar role
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to excel in a dynamic work setting
• Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office software
• Capability to travel (6-8 days per month)
