Fleet & Office Support • Redditch • Full Time • £26,000-29,000

A brand-new position within Fleet and Office Support. This is a full time dual role offering support for a facility management company. You will ideally come from a fleet background and work closely with two regional directors. The Office support is providing a comprehensive and high level of admin support to the business needs along with facilities management of two office buildings and will be reporting into the MD’s PA

 The Fleet & Office Support day to day duties are as follows: 

• You will be responsible for managing the fleet of cars and vans for the company.
• Management of vehicle insurance
• Booking in vehicles for services and MOT’s and breakdowns
• Managing the post, emails, and hotel bookings for engineers
• Facilities management-Cleaning supplies, weekly shop order from Asda
• Managing meeting rooms and ordering buffets lunches
• Coordinate engineer inductions.
• Ensuring kitchen area and stationary points are stocked up and ordering replenishment.

 The Successful Fleet and Office Support must have the following skills/experience:   

• Proven admin experience  
• Previous experience working in fleet would be desirable.
• Highly Organised
• Can do attitude.
• Efficient Communicator
• Process driven
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office PowerPoint and Excel

• Full time permanent role 
• Salary £26-29,000
• Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break
