Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Leicester, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with potential increase after probation period.

We are working with a leading nursing home facility in Leicester, dedicated to providing high-quality care for their residents. Their large and fully staffed service is seeking an experienced and strong-minded Registered Nurse Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our nursing home facility. You will lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents. This role requires someone with extensive experience in managing larger care homes and a firm, determined approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Providing leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.
• Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to promote resident well-being and satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff members to ensure competence and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration.
• Proven experience in managing larger nursing home facilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the care sector.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
