Job description
Full stack developer - Required on a permanent basis for a multi-national IT Consultancy in London.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be maintaining complex software applications using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and HTML5. You will be working closely with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces and database components.
This will be a full-time position with 5 days a week in the London office and a salary between £50,000 - £60,000.
As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Designing and implementing efficient optimized databases schemas in MySQL
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for data retrieval, manipulation, and storage
- Work closely with business stakeholders and product managers to gather, analyse, and refine software requirements
- Ensure software applications are designed with scalability, performance, and security in mind
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
- Utilize Azure services to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications
- Implement best practices for scalability, security, and reliability on the Azure platform
- Follow Agile Methodologies, participate in spring planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives
- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
