Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday
Salary: £11.50 - £12ph SF Recruitment is seeking a skilled and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our client in Mansfield on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our success and potentially secure a long-term role within our company. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments
- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Support in organising and scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and events
- Perform general office duties to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
