Job description
Nina is an adorable 3-year-old filled with curiosity and boundless energy. While she can't walk independently yet, she manages a few steps with support. Non-verbal, Nina communicates her preferences and dislikes in her unique way, showing a growing interest in sensory experiences—touching different textures, listening to various sounds, and exploring through taste and smell.
Your duties will encompass providing comprehensive care and support: Ensuring Nina's safety and well-being by supervising her at all times and implementing appropriate safety measures. Engaging Nina in stimulating and age-appropriate activities such as play, educational games, and creative projects will be a key responsibility. In alignment with Nina's unique needs, you will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and incorporate physiotherapy and occupational therapy plans. These specialized interventions will be seamlessly integrated into Nina's daily routine to support her overall development. Collaborating with other household staff to maintain consistent routines, including feeding, bathing, and bedtime, is part of your role. Additionally, effective communication with parents and other staff members is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination and providing regular updates on Nina's progress and any relevant concerns.
