CloudVPlus Holdings Ltd is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team! This role could be considered for a job-share for 2 x part-time candidates.

As an Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be the one to listen and determine if our clients needs are suitable for our solution. You will be the one to ask the right questions and you will get the answers needed to help our clients. You will source new clients and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring all client needs and financial obligations to Cloudview are met. You will demonstrate/arrange demonstrations of our product via Teams, which full training will be provided for.

This is an entry-level position with room for growth!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Be first point of contact for all customers.
Determine if our client needs are aligned/suitable for the Cloudview solution, by asking the right questions. Training will be given.
Enhance existing client relationships by arranging upgrades, new site installations and giving excellent customer service.
Assist clients with 1st line support for which training will be given if needed.
Ensure Technical Support are proactive with any client needs, always communicating with the client at every stage.
Ensure subscription renewals are quoted timely and purchase orders received, calling customers to ensure quotations have been received.
Ensure all quotations are raised accurately on Sage 50, a corresponding deal is raised on HubSpot and where needed, a Sales Order is emailed to the Customer on receipt of PO.
Ensure GDPR is relevant for all team members, prior to accessing a customer site.
Build a broad knowledge of all areas within Cloudview business process.
Ensure all internal systems are updated accurately and timely
Monitor the Cloudview Support and Sales email inbox, actioning emails timely
Ensure Sharepoint Planner is updated accurately and timely with all tasks assigned and progress
Any other duties requested by either the client or management team.
