Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Expected Start Date: 8th April 2024

Salary: £77 - £85 Per day

Qualifications: GCSE Maths, GCSE English

Skills: Experience working with children with Learning Disabilities, Understanding of Special Educational Needs, Effective interpersonal skills, Ability to adapt in difficult situations, Understanding of Individual Education Plans

We are currently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 child with Autism. This role will include providing 1-2-1 support to a SEN child on a full-time basis in Leicester (LE5 area). The Teaching Assistant will need to create a positive learning environment and implement Individual Education Plans that cater to the young person's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
