Connect Appointments are seeking a number of experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our Newton Abbott based client - temporary role possibly leading to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.20 per hour

Schedule: 4/5 shifts per week, including some Saturday and Sundays - working 7pm to 4am.

As Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving goods at the loading/goods in dock
• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
• Picking and packaging orders
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Moving inventory around the warehouse
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Adhering to strict health and safety precautions

To be successful within this warehouse position you will ideally have previous experience within a warehouse, production/manufacturing or similar environment. Combined with the ability to work on your own, and as part of a team; able to work in a fast-paced environment
