Job description
 The Best Connection Group - Manchester are currently recruiting a Customer Services Assistant to work at our client based in Manchester, Trafford park. 
 Hours 
-  Monday to Friday 
- 8.00am-17.30pm 
- 1-hour lunch break 
 Rate 
 Primary purpose of role 
-  Handling inbound B2B calls (enquiries and order placement)
-  Processing customer orders (email, fax and telephone based) and handling customer enquiries. 
 Essential Requirements 
-  Working in an office-based role handling customer enquiry 
-  Great natural telephone manner 
-  Excellent Customer Service 
-  Professional appearance 
-  Microsoft Office skills (such as Excel, Word, and Outlook)
 Desirable experienced 
-  Comfortable with being on the phone for long periods of time. 
-  Multitasker who is comfortable dealing with Customer Queries / complaints 
-  Reliability and excellent timekeeping key to success in this role 
-  Immediate start for the right person
