Construction Solicitor, Manchester or Liverpool
Great opportunity for a senior construction solicitor to join an international firm in Manchester or Liverpool city centre
The Role
- The team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and is well known for its complex international work. This role could have a contentious or non contentious leaning.
- You will gain fantastic experience, on a national and international scale - this firm really does offer cutting edge construction work
-To work alongside a Partner& pick up a caseload and assist with supervision of juniors.
-This is an opportunity to be an integral part of the team & offers excellent progression opportunities.
-This role is due to growth, the team is doing incredibly well (it's the second most profitable team in the firm) so they could look to take someone with a contentious or a non-contentious leaning(the role could, to some extent, be moulded around the individual).
-On the contentious side, disputes involve issues including outstanding fees, unreasonable extension of time, and defective developments.
-Opportunity to work with an excellent client base across a range of industry sectors
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales- 4 PQE+
- Strong academic background
- Non contentious or contentious construction experience
