Job description

Role: Hybrid Role  Optical / Administrator

Location: Office is based in Bury 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: £23,500 per annum.

In this role you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of clinics across the region. You must have excellent customer care skills partnered with positive communication as you will be dealing with a very varied patient base.

You must also has optics experience and be able to go out to help support clinics or aftercare when necessary, although will be predominantly be based in the office.

In addition to this, you have to be able to multi- task as you will need to be able to complete different tasks throughout the day and be able to work at pace. One minute you are on a call and the next you are having to contact the filed based team with an update on a patient. This is a varied, fast paced role where customers come first.
