You will assist our Fitness Instructors by helping out with a range of fitness classes and group/personal training. We will teach you how to set up group classes, help correct members techniques and eventually help you instruct our classes in a Fitness Instructor's role..

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibilities will be assisting our Fitness Instructors with group fitness classes.
• Daily upkeep of the gym will be required such as re-racking weights, cleaning equipment and ensuring health and safety risks are carried out before and after workouts to ensure there is no tripping hazards etc.
• You will shadow our Personal Trainers to gain more experience for future development in our business.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communicator.
• Driving licence.
• General knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Willingness to gain gym-based qualifications: Level 2 Fitness Instructor (minimum) and Level 3 Personal Training.

Further Information

The Employer is: UTURN FITNESS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
