Year 4 Teacher (Part-Time)
Location: Spilsby
Salary: £130.00 - £150.00 per day
Contract Period: After Ester Half Term
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic educator looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds? GSL Education are actively looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher (Part-Time)for a Primary Client School in Spilsby.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 4 students.
- Teacher must assess their students' progress and use various assessment methods to identify areas where students may need additional support or challenge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum.
- Teacher should adapt their teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of their students.
- Other responsibilities include parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, and regular communication through various channels, collaborate with colleagues.
Year 4 Teacher Requirements:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience in primary education, preferably with Year 4 students.
- Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply a for a new one through GSL Education.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
- The ability to direct a team of Support Assistants and work as part of a wider team across school if need be.
