Introduction: An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Site Manager to oversee a prestigious, high-value bespoke residential build in the sought-after location of Kingston Upon Thames. This project, stretching over 11,000 SQFT, represents the epitome of luxury living, requiring a Site Manager with a proven track record in delivering projects of this calibre to the highest standards. This fixed-term contract for 18 months offers a swift start within 4 weeks, with a strong likelihood of continuation onto subsequent projects of similar stature.

• Comprehensive management of the construction site, ensuring all work complies with technical and quality standards.
• Effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain progress and address challenges promptly.
• Rigorous adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on site.
• Regular reporting on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• A background in carpentry or 'on the tools', with a deep understanding of the craftsmanship required for luxury property development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams to achieve their best.
• Qualifications in construction management or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
