Job description
Recra are working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Recycling & Waste Management Companies, who are looking to add a Maintenance Operations Administrator to their wonderful team.
Role and Responsibilities - Maintaining the company asset database.
- Administration support for the Maintenance Team.
- Auditing company equipment files.
- Word processing, preparation Health & Safety documents.
- Assisting HR with the input of new starter packs.
- Helping with the preparation and dispatching of reports or information relating to company operations.
- Co-ordination meetings and supporting documentation.
- Use of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and other computer based programmes.
- Be involved in the researching, booking and co-ordination of training for employees.
- Support the Management Team in the booking and on-site management of service contractors.
- Maintaining company documentation, including inputting data, processing invoices, keeping records and producing reports as required.
- Carry out other tasks and duties as required appropriate to the post.
- Support the Management Team in the ordering and purchasing of goods/stock and services through the company’s purchase order system.
- Understand the need to keep business related information confidential.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Be able to work within a team in a busy environment.
- Reactive and proactive problem solving skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and stick to deadlines.
- Be able to be flexible with working hours.

Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 – 17:00
