Project Manager Construction

A well–established, residential main contractor is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Project Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke refurbishments varying from GBP2 million to GBP12 million. The company has a confirmed pipeline going into 2025.

The Project Manager will benefit from a stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Project Manager s Role

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in central London.

The two projects you will be initially managing A full refurbishment with a contract value of GBP3 Million and another high end refurbishment / in Chelsea with a contract value of GBP4 Million

The Project Manager Requirements

• High end residential experience GBP2 Million+ budgets
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Experience with MS Projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Construction background
