Business Support Officer needed with Worcestershire County Council
Start Date - ASAP
Location - Worcester
Duration - Initially 3 months ongoing
Hours per week - 35 hours per week
Salary - £15 ltd an hour
Description: - To work within the Children's Services and provide the first point of contact for service users
- Provide advice to service users to enable them to access services from Children's Services
- Collate and prepare the presentation of performance data relating to service activities
- Handle a range of administrative work in support for the service including the drafting and prepartion of documents, writing minutes, preparing power point presentations, handling enquiries coming into the service, organising meetings
What is required?
- English and Maths GCSE
- Experience of working in an administrative role within an environment that requires flexibility and working to established deadlines
- Minute Taking experience
