Location: Flexible location within travelling distance to a NewFlex Centre
Hours: 40 hours between 9.00am – 6:00pm Monday - Friday (occasional work out of normal business hours)
Reporting to : National Sales & Broker Channel Team Leader

Our unique Client management model connects building owners (Clients) with occupiers (Customers) to generate cash from underutilised office space in all types of buildings from Aberdeen to Brighton. NewFlex is creating a positive alternative in the business centre market.

What will you do?
- The Sales Administration Advisor is responsible for managing new enquiries for all our centres, raising work schedules for Sales advisors, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner with the correct level of detail and liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders across the NewFlex network.
We want someone exceptional who can focus on:
Administration
- Accept/reject newly received enquiries within the required timescales and to the required standard.
- Update the CRM system with the correct details and ensure all notes and information for each enquiry is to the highest standard.
- Set workload for the Sales Consultants, including raising tasks with set timescales and then ensuring these are completed.
Sales
- Handling inbound sales calls from all sources and then directing the call to the right sales agent or answering the query if possible.
- Ensuring the sales inbound email inbox is answered in a timely manner and any queries are directed to the correct resource.
Health & Safety
- To have a comprehensive understanding and ensure compliance with the NewFlex health and safety policy and processes
Compliance
- Complete all mandatory training modules annually: - Data Protection Awareness, Healthy Working, Fire Safety Plus, Health & Safety Induction , Whistleblowing, Cyber Security, Fraud Prevention, Anti Money Laundering , Anti Bribery and Code of Conduct.

Knowledge/Experience
- Passionate about achieving high levels of performance
- Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal as well as presenting
- Confident user of Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
