ROLE: Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: competitive, based on experience

HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday- Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

ROLE: 

Our highly valued Family Department in Northampton is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Family Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.  The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of Family law cases, providing legal expertise, assisting with the development of the department, achieving individual and team targets, and ensuring that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and promptly on all occasions. 

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will:

• be a qualified Family Solicitor / Legal Executive/ Family Executive
• have experience in domestic abuse and private children cases, and parent care work (desirable)
• have Legal Aid experience
• be able to undertake own Advocacy (as far as possible)
• have a positive and proactive approach to both, clients, and staff
• be confident, passionate and possess first class communication skills
