Description:

Invoice Administrator required to process the ever-increasing invoice list and resolve queries in liaison with overseas medical providers.

Working closely with the existing Admin team and in liaison with the Finance team the client looking for an individual with some or all the following skills;

The Hours

This role is full-time; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am to 6pm), however, client is able to consider part-time working, perhaps to fit around school hours or like commitments.

The Person

Client is looking for a bright, friendly individual, applicants should have basic IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to work within a team environment as well as directly with clients, and be able to work independently in order to plan and manage their workload.
