Job description
A renowned and award–winning construction and property consultancy is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join them during this exciting phase of growth. This role gives you an opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse range of large–scale projects spanning health, schools, housing, and commercial sectors.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a leading role in project planning, execution, and delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of projects across health, schools, housing, and commercial sectors. Effective collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and project teams will be crucial for achieving project goals and upholding our exceptional standards. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a few days of travel to Kingston each week.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess prior experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction or property consultancy field, with a track record of successfully overseeing projects from inception to completion. Chartered MRICS or MAPM accreditation, coupled with a relevant degree in construction, is preferable.
