Commercial Account Handler

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000

Our client is a successful insurance brokerage servicing clients across the UK, and now are looking for an additional Commercial Account Handler to their Team in Buckinghamshire.

Opportunity

As commercial account handler you will handle everything from SME to larger and more complex clients insurance requirements across a wide range of commercial classes. 

Responsibilities:

Support own client portfolio including general enquiries, midterm adjustments, renewals, new business and resultant claims

Assist Account executives with their portfolio of commercial clients

Placement and general market / product knowledge

Provide fantastic customer service an care to your client bank 

Skills:

A good level of commercial broking experience 

Covering ideally a range of commercial classes

Ideally qualified on the CII Syllabus

Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills
