Job description

We are currently working with an independent, multi-award winning business that are looking for a customer centric, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join their busy and successful Customer Services team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to customers whether that be on the telephone / via email acting as the first point of contact and providing a exceptional level of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily contact with existing customers
• Contact with customers via email and telephone
• Processing orders via Sage
• Processing returns/credits via Sage
• Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied

About you?

• Customer service experience advantageous
• Excellent telephone manner
• The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
• Adaptability and organisational skills
• Experience of Microsoft office
• Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service

Details

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)
• Permanent
• £23,000 - £24,000 per year
• Opportunity to progress
