Job description
Due to our continuing growth, we’re pleased to offer a new opportunity at our head office for an HR Support Apprentice.
The HR Apprentice will be a key member and contributor to the px HR Department and be part of a highly skilled, self-motivated team whose primary objective is to provide timely, accurate and high-quality HR services to the business.
Under the direction of the HR Manager, you will develop the knowledge and skills to support and coordinate a diverse range of HR, training and development, administration and development duties and projects, including:

Apprenticeship Standard: HR Support Level 3
Qualification: HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
Training Provider: Bespoke Professional Development and Training Ltd
Delivery model: The Apprentice will attend live online monthly workshops to gain the knowledge required. In addition, they will complete a variety of online and work-based activities to enable them to demonstrate competence. Development coaches will meet with apprentice to conduct observations and hold discussions to help them to gather evidence against the apprenticeship standards.
This role is part of our talent planning for the future and, for the right person, we are looking to continue to develop the Apprentice upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
Our business is growing, is fast paced and evolving so there may be the opportunity to gain permanent employment in the team, subject to performance, successful completion of the Apprenticeship, and a role being available.
Completion of this Apprenticeship will provide the foundation to progress to the HR Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship in the future, which incorporates the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
